Seven years ago, I asked myself that same question and made the move. After living in both Fort Myers Beach and Marco Island, I’ve experienced the Southwest Florida lifestyle the way locals do — boating through the backwaters, fishing at sunrise, biking along the coast, and enjoying sunset dinners by the water.

Today I help others make that same move.

I specialize in working with out-of-state buyers and local sellers throughout Lee County, Florida and Collier County, Florida. Many of my clients start their search while still living up north, which is why I help them narrow down communities and opportunities before they even arrive in Florida.

Southwest Florida is a collection of unique neighborhoods, each with its own personality and lifestyle. My role is to help buyers understand those differences and find the areas that truly match how they want to live.

Whether it’s a beachfront condo, canal home with Gulf access, golf community property, or a quiet inland retreat, I guide buyers through the process with honest advice and local insight.
